General Information

The Records Management Office serves the district by tracking all Henrietta ISD records (administrative & campus records) from their creation to their disposal. While maintaining Henrietta ISD records, the staff researches the information and retrieves records for departments, schools, and the public as needed.

All requests for student records / information can be submitted and paid for online or in person (walk-in). NOTE: No phone, email or fax requests are accepted.

No same day service is available.

Charges will apply when ordering student records. Please note the information below:

    • Per Records Management procedures, requests will be processed within 2 to 5 business days of receipt. Due to the high volume of requests and vast amount of records this is not always possible.
    • Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed on normal business days during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM). Click the appropriate link button to request information.

You will receive a confirmation email when your request is received. Once your order has been processed by the Registrar and mailed, your payment will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. If the record you are requesting is not available, you will receive an automated email denying the order and another email from the Registrar with details about the problem. Your credit or debit card will not be charged if your records request cannot be fulfilled.

All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any inaccurate information may result in your record not being processed. All communication with regard to your order, payment, our progress, and the records delivery will be sent via email.

All copies of transcripts requested by former students to be mailed to their home address will be UNOFFICIAL copies. Only prospective employers, attorneys, colleges and universities receive official copies.
